Been out of town for awhile? Looking for a zippy new place to slake the appetite? A whole herd of hot new restaurants has opened since the last Stampede launched out of the chutes. Here are just a few of the freshest, hottest places to open in the past year.

There's a sushi bar on every corner, but who's the most creative? Right now it's Globefish, a Japanese izakaya restaurant, with an amazing array of rolls and cones and sashimi. And lots of sake, too.
